We are an independent project that offers dance and interactive arts classes, workshops, events and performances. Our activities are for participants of various ages and dance levels from beginner to advanced, amateurs, recreational dancers and professional dancers. The activities are held at the Helsinki Dance Central studios, Helsingin Tanssikeskus and other venues in the Helsinki metropolitan area. About Inkorpora Dance Project
While searching for a name for the project, I thought of the Spanish word 'incorporar' because it represents what I was aiming at with the project; 'Incorporar' means 'to join' and 'to add', and it also contains the word 'corpo' which means body - the essential tool for dance -.
At Inkorpora Dance Project we wish to join and work with people from all kinds of backgrounds and artists from various fields. We offer dance, movement, music and interactive arts activities and events in which we can join together and immerse in creative processes. We look forward to seeing each participant´s contribution and explore what each one of us can add to the experience. Everyone´s many hours of practice and creation bring always unexpected and wonderful results.
